  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior authorization from RED Carnival.

  • Fraudulent tickets will not be honored.

3. Media & Content

  • By attending, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording which may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

  • RED Carnival owns the rights to all official event content.

4. Liability

  • Attendance is at your own risk. RED Carnival is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

  • We are not liable for event cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, government restrictions).

5. Conduct

  • Respect fellow revelers, staff, and performers.

  • Illegal substances, weapons, and prohibited items are not allowed at events.

6. Website Use

  • Content on our website is for personal use only.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our materials is prohibited.

7. Changes

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective once posted on our website.
